Philile Ntimbane is a Digital Marketing Specialist, Artistic Director, and Playwright with an Honours degree in Dramatic Arts and over 14 years of experience in the arts industry. She has worked in marketing and communications at Joburg City Theatres and The Playhouse Company in Durban. In 2023, she founded Phephanepeni (Pty) Ltd, a creative agency that focuses on arts and culture within communities. Ntimbane is passionate about entrepreneurship, community engagement, and youth development, with a commitment to building a more inclusive and sustainable arts sector. She is also the writer of Democrazy, a satirical play that reflects on the current social and political realities in South Africa.
